Anne is awesome she is very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot!! She creates a very inviting space for everyone and I would recommend this to all expecting mothers!!! Very welcoming, open, comfortable, relaxing, working out all in one! And you get to learn new moves that help with your range of motion especially as I'm getting bigger and bigger! 🤰
