It’s exactly what I was looking for, and then some! I’ve never experienced a class like Alana’s; it was so peaceful and calming. I even tried hot yoga for the first time, something I thought I’d never do, but I loved it and I’m going back today. Everyone here has been so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the instructor, the class, the overall environment. Although I do wish there were classes just a bit earlier in the morning 5am, 5:30am to allow for those who have to commute or get kids to school
