The studio was spectacular! It was very spacious and modern with a great location and super friendly staff. Our yoga teacher was great and super relaxing to follow. The sense of community in a yoga class is surreal. I'll be back!

I absolutely love this place. I went to Dragonfly for a little over a year before covid! I would go to Alana's & Susan's class and was excited to come back. And though I've practiced yoga for years (before moving to FXBG) it had been four years since doing anything physical at all and decided to take an intermediate off the get? Yes, I'm actually insane (and I did regret it a bit haha) But with Tara, she really helped me get my strength back into my practice. She combines her nurturing softness with this intense and fulfilling physical challenge. Every time I finish a class with her I feel so proud and empowered. I will continue to recommend this studio if they want an amazing yoga experience.
