From the moment I entered I felt included. That's really important. The staff was so easy to talk to and so polite and kind and welcoming. Then the teacher was exactly who I needed. I loved her whole approach to teaching. I loved how she used her voice to soothe me. I'd had a rough week and my dog died. I was off balance in yoga but I never felt judged or anything. She was really hands on and even did something magical to dull my pain. Sorry this is too long.
