Shariea was amazing last night- and overall I feel that dragonfly works very hard to be a very inclusive studio. I feel very welcome there, even though my body type is a little larger. It makes me wanna be there every week.

Everytime I go to Dragonfly it is absolutely perfect. Each class no matter the instructor is still so personal even if class sizes vary. I am a very reserved and shy person but everyone there is incredibly warm and welcoming. I will always recommend Dragonfly Yoga to anyone that will listen
