I tried the Thursday evening Buti yoga class not really knowing what to expect, but I am now obsessed with this style of yoga. The movements allowed for any negativity I was holding to, to be released. It was surprisingly easy to follow and Addie's high energy was so motivating and upbeat that I felt very comfortable to let go and not be judged. Sweat was literally rolling off my nose on to my mat. I will be back over and over again.
