Dr WW Med Spa & Laser Center

I have been coming to Med Spa/Dr.Wei since 2014 and I have never been disappointed. They always offer there most cutting edge laser treatments and anti aging solutions, often not found at other offices. I come here for Artefil a "permanent" filler. Not an easy substance to work with, Dr.Wei is a master. The results are always spectacular and natural.

I like that they use Groupon for the services and also let me know how the service will go beforehand. Friendly staff and there was little to no wait time during my appointment

Bought two custom 60 minutes facials for me and my mom. Was looking forward as first time customers before this nasty attitude & unprofessional communication via text occured by one of there staff members (screenshot picture attached for reference). I called multiple times but there voicemail said to text or email. So I chose to text there number instead. I wasn't able to get a clear understanding of the available options as whatever date I'd mention, it was booked. So as a customer service representative, you are supposed to present me options or kindly tell me to call on a particular number. I have had numerous facial experiences but never as such with an unpleasant, rude & unprofessional tone/manner. & after my last message of saying "I'll be sharing it with the world" she or he didn't even respond to that. Only if they knew I wasn't just babbling, I am now exposing it to the world. I do not intend to go here nor advice any of my friends, & family aswell. Be aware guys and make sure no one from this industry ever taunts or speaks to you like that, especially if you are a first time customer. Not acceptable! Will be getting my refund soon, thank God.

I don't recommend this place for facials for an overall positive experience. Their facials I guess are okay. They are relaxing but the workers are very money hungry. I feel like they PLAN their mode of operation to extract as much money from you that they can. They will convince you to buy multiple packages and upgrade your bundles. It's ridiculous. It's hard to say no because they are very convincing and are nice. They will compliment you as a part of their ploy. For example, they convinced me to agree to paying for my "acne" facial with two packages which totals to about $100! The only difference that this provides is that they use acne products but it's the same amount of time and the procedure is the same as a basic facial. That's so scammy. If you post a "before" and "after" photo on Facebook or Instagram, they'll give you a free facial session or $35 worth of product.

Omg where do I start ?!!! I had a horrible experience!!! The doctor ruined my eyes and now I have to go to another place to fix his botched job!!!!! Horrible in every way!
I made appointments and when I went they tell me he just left to another location. I go to that location he isn't there! I had to make 3 appointments to finally see him , but I regret it soooo much ! I believed the pictures he has posted and showed me ! All fake !
He does a horrible job ! DO NOT GO HERE !

I wish I could give here 0 star. This was the worst facial ever. I already bought a basic facial and Joanne told me I have to upgrade my facial. I didn't want to do it. I came here for the basic facial service.
But she was insisting I have to upgrade my service. I had to upgrade because I was afraid that she wouldn't give me good facial service.

It turned out it was totally waste of money. It was so painful during the treatment and my face looked terrible after.

They tried so hard to sell other packages to me and they were so mean when I said I don't want.

Never come back here. Horrible.

I've been going to this place on a regular basis for more than a year and I'm very happy about my experience there. Comparing to similar facial spas at similar price level in Flushing, this place has nicer environment and larger space. The whole process is relaxing and comfortable. My facial specialists Helen and all other ones are sweet and helpful. Helen does her job well and always gives good advice based on my skin conditions, but at the same time she's not keen on up-selling unnecessary services or products.

Will strongly recommend this facial spa to friends and family.

I give this place 1 star. They advertise treatment that simply DO NOT WORK and they will also try to sell you their own products which also do not work.

You have been warned. Skip this place and also the spa they have in the basement.

This review is for Divya's review, she obviously encountered a receptionist at the Dr WW Spa who is an English as a second language user. Do you not realized this is a Chinese place in Elmhurst? Touchy!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about this place, it is awesome. Originally I came for a facial package I bought on Groupon. Joanne was the technician and she was fabulous! My skin had a ton of clogged pores and she really did a great job each time. She checked around allergies-Bc some products may have seaweed. She explained everything and even threw in an extra cooling item, Bc my skin was inflamed from all the work it needed. I sent my mom and sis there and they loved her as well.

Just recently I bought the ilipo package and met Florence. She is such a doll. Lets be honest, talking about your stubborn fat isn't easy, but she makes you feel really comfortable and takes time to explain everything. She takes your before and after pics and measurements. I was skeptical but I'm a believer now. In just 3 sessions over 9 days I lost 3 inches and the pics were so helpful in showing the difference. She is really thoughtful.

I'll def be back for more of their services.
