• The Healing Grotto was an amazing experience, it was truly tranquil. I left feeling refreshed and so relaxed after just a 45 minute session. If you're even a little bit curious check it out! It is worth the visit! Can't wait for my next session!

• I’ve had a lot of pain for 2 weeks in my head and face and also started with a heavy cough. I was at my wits end. After being with my amazing trainer Barbara from Train For The Game, she insisted I go try this place instead of Urgent Care. I was not on meds because there was no infection. I can not tell you how much better my cough was in 24hours. I still have it but it’s much better. My sinuses are better. I of cause bought a 9 session package. Ed and Genevieve are full of great information and knowledge. I can not wait to go back. I’m definitely a lifer and will continue to support this place.. I can’t stop talking about it. Thanks guys...
