• This Sunday was my first time at Healing Grotto, I did a session in the salt cave and then a 50 minute massage with Sharon. The salt cave was very relaxing and next time I will do it after work when I need to decompress , it was quiet relaxing and healing in a mental way. The massage was just the best, the first time I had a massage in 13 years and I normally do not enjoy people touching my shoulders. Sharon was amazing her touch was not painful at all it was relaxing, I will be back for another amazing experience .
