Studio is beautiful; has a good vibe to it. Instructors are passionate about what they teach and very pleasant and welcoming to new clients. LOVE the music and energy in the classes too. Never did core barre and loving those classes too. Owners are involved and helpful to new clients. LOVE heated yoga classes with cold towel at the end. Extremely important after finishing a tough workout to have the towel during savasana. Tried 2 other studios in town and this is by far the best. Thank you. 🙏🏻 Namaste!

Because it is FUN! I have done a lot of different styles of workouts consistently, but usually 6 months to a year in I hit a wall where I'm no longer motivated.No wall in sight with DT Barre because I go to listen to good music and laugh at myself. The workout is just a bonus. And... Because it is effective! Ireally believe DT Barre can be effective with as little as 2 workouts a week.
