I love everything about downtown barre! I would only make a couple changes and that's selfish to my schedule- add more lunch-ish time classes and more infrared. The new studio is amazing and all the teachers are wonderful!

Good atmosphere, fantastic instructor with nice thoughtful touches (burning Palo Alto, lit candles and cold-wet essential oil infused towels for the end of class)
