Sam was an enthusiastic and encouraging instructor. It was my first barre class ever, first class with Downtown barre and my first workout after having my third baby who is 10 weeks old. Core Barre was an amazing work out that targeting all the right areas. I feel sore in a great way today and can't wait to take my next class!
