Every time I go I do a different service and I'm never dissatisfied or disappointed.
Never heard of a back facial before getting service here. if you haven't had one please get one.
The membership is well worth it. Treat yourself. Don't cheat yourself.

Best massage by far! Memi's hands are definitely blessed. I called and got a same day appointment, so you know they are accommodating. The massage table is heated making it extra relaxing. When I tell you I slept like a baby! All my tension was gone. Thank you Memi!

As a first-time customer at Download Wellness, the overall experience was great. They were responsive to my needs from scheduling my appointment to a last-minute massage.
My massage session with Cherie was more than I expected. Not only was the massage great, but it was reminiscent of a spiritual yoga class I took. Cherie guided me through a minnie mediation session prior to her starting my massage--which was a great touch to my overall experience.

I got a massage for my birthday from Jacqui. I'd gotten chair massages at work from her before but the hour massage was WELL worth it. She included so many different massage modalities in addition to Swedish massage techniques and included a back facial. Her oils and products all smelled amazing and helped my body relax too. She's very sweet and knowledgeable on what she's doing. I will definitely be going back!

Front door was locked and the "closed" sign was up even though it was during regular business hours (2 pm). Knocked on the door until sometime finally came and then they tried to tell me that my confirmation email was from the wrong website, even though it had the right business name and street address and the correct domain name in the "reply-to" email address. What? When they saw I wasn't buying it, they started telling a story about their Internet connection being down. Huh? If that was true they could still use their mobile phones directly or as a hotspot. I don't know what was going on, but not honoring confirmed appointments and making up crazy stories is lame. Don't waste your money and time at this place.

Download Wellness has always been a 5-Star Rating Wellness Center because we pride ourselves on providing stellar customer service and genuinely care about our customer's health and wellness and, most importantly, their valuable time. We are an Appointment-only facility, and we keep our doors locked for safety purposes. We have searched diligently in our appointment system and have not found your registration or where you have made an appointment. We have never had an issue like this where people who schedule an appointment are dropped from the system. Please know that we rent our facility out to other private practices, and you might have made an appointment with a renter and not Download Wellness. However, everyone who has scheduled an appointment with us is required to prepay for their appointment. If you can email us your appointment confirmation and proof of payment to info@downloadwellness.com, we will gladly reimburse you for your payment or comp your massage with Download Wellness.

Good morning, one and all. I'm back again writing another review for Download Wellness. I have just started going to the gym, and let me tell you that working out after a number of years is something to be desired. Muscles that I didn't know that I had were hurting. Lol. However, my appointment with Memi, these old bones are on the road to recovery. I felt so relaxed after my session that all I could do when I returned home was to fall asleep. When is the best time to schedule an appointment at Download Wellness: whenever you feel the stresses of life, after a workout, an injury, or preventative medicine. Pick up the phone today and call Download Wellness!! You will be glad that you did.

There is a program called: ZEEL, Which pays for your medical massages at Download Wellness. So call Download Wellness to get the information, to get a referral from your primary care provider at the V.A. I've had my first medical massage the other day, and it was absolutely wonderful. However, I waited until the end of the month; never again! My muscles were like stone, but by the time Memi had finished, I was my relaxed self again. Thank you, Memi!

When I arrived, my muscles were really tight because of wait for it; stress. After my hour had expired, I did not want to leave the table. She has healing hands and leaves you in a relaxed environment before you leave. I am a senior citizen but after my massage I feel at least 20 years younger. Life is short and we need to take care of our bodies. I've been getting a massage at Download Wellness for over 10 years, in fact I could say that I'm a founding patient. Lol; and it only gets better each time. I would be frank with you, if you need a recharge the don't hesitate make an appointment asap!!

The staff shows that they care about your well being. I've been to other spas, and they do not compare to Download Wellness. My advice is to make a spa date, and treat yourself to a massage, facial, or whatever spa treatment that will ease your aches and pains. Don't hesitate because this life is full of stresses. Not only did I enjoy my massage, but we also have enlightening conversations. Now she has a permanent location in Oakland, which is a great and relaxing place, for a massage. So if you are downtrodden, and beat down by life's stresses, join the staff at Download Wellness for a moment of peace and relaxation. I'm a witness to the affects of a great massage and I can tell you that you will feel absolutely marvellous!! So Stop by Download Wellness and treat yourselves today. I've been working with Memi and she has truly gone above and beyond to help me through a time when I felt lost in my recovery. She took the time to educate my partner and I on what my body was experiencing after surgery. She even taught my partner how to massage me at home so my body could heal faster. After 2 weeks of lymphatic massages and home care, I feel great!
In every session, Memi asks me how I'm feeling and what I would like her to work on and she will also give me her professional suggestion which I love. After each session, she has a big glass of cold water for me to hydrate. The attention to detail is just something I haven't experienced before at other centers.
