The staff is amazing! Super helpful&friendly. The studio is always clean&inviting. The instructors here are very knowledgable and caring,always taking the time adjust and modify up or down as needed. Downey Yoga Is My Happy Hour!!!
Jared is one of the best instructors there and even covering another's class and style of yoga, provides a great practice.

I been going with Jovon dice she opened the business I had one time one o one class and I loved it !! I have been going since then but now I stopped because my school and now that I came back is like to go home everyone is nice which is the purpose of yoga to become one!
