It's just so relaxing and teachers are so good at instructing on how to do the Yoga. It's like a Spa experience, but with Yoga. Love this place 💖💖💖
Mariana is a great instructor. She is helpful and kind. I do think the pricing is a little high for one class and I wish the packages didn't expire. I also would like it if there were more beginner classes that showed what the poses are and how to do them. Preferably later in the evening. These are just suggestions. Overall I am pleased and grateful for a studio in Downey not far from home.
