I liked the flow, instructor and setting. i live in Downey so this studio is very convenient
The instructor /teacher was great
I felt comfortable and instructor was there to provide support if we needed it.
It's a very nice environment and very community oriented.
I felt so relaxed after that yoga session with Annette. Annette is truly an amazing teacher and will recommend her class to all of my friends and family. She’s very clear on each queue for each yoga pose and I don’t feel obligated to do what my body is not comfortable doing. Love her light and energy.
So far my experience has been great and it is ver peaceful and clean.
