Intimate studio space with very welcoming vibes. I've been to many studios and sometimes it's easy to feel lost in they hype. It can be intimidating, but at Downey yoga I've always felt welcomed and safe in the space.
I have been here twice and I love it. Its such a soothing space and it really works me out and makes me feel amazing. The instructor is patient, kind, and so funny i try not to laugh out loud to not disturb the class.
