Oh my gosh! Everything about Downey Yoga is wonderful. It is clean and bright and comfortable. The staff are welcoming. Karina knows everyone by name. As a nurse I appreciate Jovan's explanations about which part of the body is being benefited by a particular pose. It is a splendid place.

I chose that score because this studio has changed me for the better. The owner, Jovon, takes her time to get to know everyone there. She's so welcoming and her classes are inspiring. I love everything about this studio!!!
Really good relaxing stretch class. Can't wait to try a class that is a little more challenging.
