• It's the traditional type of yoga I've been looking for. Thursday/yesterday was my second class and after was convince it is where I want to be. I feel comfortable and at peace. I can't wait to go again. It does my soul good.

• Down to Earth,Is a breath of fresh air,this studio is amount the elite when it comes to yoga studios,they truly embrace all concepts of yoga and mindfulness,the staff in extremely well educated in yoga modalities,they offer amazing workshops,they staff is caring and compassionate.They take the time needed for any special needs.

• It was a great first yoga class experience for me. I didn't expect it to be as challenging as it was, but all the information & guidance were there right as I needed them. That allowed me to adjust & adapt as it was happening. Great instructor with good vibes & a gentle, anything is okay attitude.
