Love Jordan's class. He goes at the right pace for me. Also love how welcoming Down Dog is in general. Everyone always greets you by name even if you don't go frequently.

As my first time in your place, I can really tell that the instructor was sensitive to my lack of flow and I appreciate it that and she came down and checked on me. And gave me tips on how to adjust for my knees. The environment was great hot but not too hot and the people were all very nice especially the people who work there.
