I love all of the instructors at Down Dog, they raise the bar for all of us. They make you want to enhance your skills and practice. They will always meet you where you are and teach you a way to do better. It's not just a class to sit in heat and lose more calories. I learn from every single class, more about myself and something to take with me when I leave.
