I'm new to the area but not to yoga. The classes at this studio seem accessible to all yoga levels, the place itself is adorable and very clean, the instructors have all been really kind and helpful. My previous studio was very strict and while that has its value I feel the inner kindness and non judgement that can be cultivated at Down Dog will be a beautiful thing for me.
