I was unable to figure out how to take an on demand class. Instead I had to wait until later in the day to take a livestream class (which was a good class) I thought the sign up process for a newby was complicated interfacing with mindbody.

Im a yoga snob given how long I taught and the studios I've previously been involved with. Thought the facility was nice, but the instruction was really great. Smart sequencing, good pacing, nice adjustments & good overall "messaging". Very positive, courteous staff. Wish there had been music during class, a bottle Filler, and a shower available - but otherwise really nice experience and worth the drive.
