I started going to DD in 2015-2017 maybe 2018? Then i moved away .now I'm back . I signed for the monthly plan but I did the on demand classes only but I need to get back in the heat...i was intimidated to come back as a rookie rookie and stiffer and 30lbs more.. the class kicked my butt😅.but I'm glad to be back in class

Just because you can do it doesn't mean you can teach it. The teachers I have at DDY-- Alex Boisclair, Brian Kaufman and Kaite Davis-- really CAN teach it. They are truly supportive and can make a student at any level feel a real sense of progress and accomplishment.
