Yes! I love the approach of the instructors to have simple and direct communication about the poses to challenge the group. And I really enjoy when they tell us a little story during pigeon pose! The heat of the class is also awesome. I prefer the classes that aren't super duper packed, but I get that it is probably needed for business. Overall, it's great, and I always feel like I just went to a spa after class!
