• As a guy, going into a salon always makes me feel uncomfortable. However when I go here my stylist Katie makes me feel like i truly belong and always styles myhair how the ladies like it! I went to cloud 9 salon and spa before this but I just didn't feel the personal touch this place creates for me and there wasalways such a long wait in my experience. As long as Katie works here I was always be coming back

• Katie was able to see Peggy as a perfect person! Not a lady with Alzheimer's who carries a stuffed cat called Ms Kitty, which Peggy thinks it's her real alive baby. It was beautiful watching Katie, Peggy and Ms Kitty interact together!!!
