Pretty solid facial! Purchased a two for $100 deal & each time received super helpful information on my skin and skin type that I NEVER got from the dermatologist. Kimie was wonderful. She even had a chart illustrating different layers of the skin and it's functions. Also learned your suppose to wash your face for one minute- mind blown! The products don't get a chance to really work otherwise and you could be washing your money down the drain!

So this is my second time back for a massage and I just realize that i never wrote one before.

Since my memory is horrible. I will only write about my massage today with Raven.

On a side note, booking is a little frustration because they get booked quickly and i had a second part groupon so i had to call in.

My second time here is in this hot a** summer with high humidity. I thought there would be AC but upon arrival, I got hit with the fan. I know, how trivial right? But its hot and you know you rather have that AC blast and not the fan.

My wait time wasnt too bad, I did arrive early but since this is my second time, there wasnt any form for me to fill. I didnt meet raven until 1:10, when my appt is at 1:00 (time loss?)

Raven got me into the room and asked if i had any areas to focus, to stay away and what not. Shes a bit soft spoken and I couldnt really hear her over the fan sound. I got ready and she came back. We converse for a bit but I was ready to just relax. She started off very light and I did tell her to go harder which she did and it was a good difference.

I have upper body tensions, lots of knots and my shoulder blades tend to get very tired and achy and I work out frequently. I had doubts about her but I was surprised how well she took care of my blade and my back. When she did my traps, it was heavenly!! I wish she did the same strength on my legs but it was wonderful nonetheless.

My few complaints were...the fan in the room that is louder than the tranquility music, it was distracting and I wish she used some type of oil instead of lotion (i think?), at certain points, I feel like she was just rubbing on my skin (not that it hurt)

We were greeted by the wonderful the receptionist working on Sunday 1/21. She was just lovely - so helpful and professional. She asked me if I was cold in the waiting room and offered to put the space heater on. What a sweetie.

First time customer - $50 for 50 minute facial or massage. No coupon/Groupon needed. They are on Groupon but the better deal might be to just call them directly. They also have a Yelp deal.

BeBe did the massage and Pete said it was really great. They also do facials. I have to give this place 5 stars because...
1) it was a gift for Pete he loved
2) open Sundays
3) ease of making appointment
4) excellent customer service from everyone we encountered

First time at the new location. very cheesy looking hole in the place.
dirty and small. The women that did my massage was Sue. very sweet lady. was kinda rough with her hands felt like the nail salon massage you normally get while you are drying your nails. i then told her that was rough she laughed and went more gentle. she focused on the back for a long time in which i felt she will not have enough time to do the rest. which i was right. arms short, legs very short. did not do any upper chest massage or stomach. i guess when you get a Groupon discount massage, you really get a discount massage

First at the new location after moving back to NYC. Great full body massage by Bebe. Smaller location, still great service.

I have been to this location a few times but, my last visit was rather disappointing. My appointment time was for noon, Bebe leads me to a room for me to change. She gave me 5 minutes to do so. She came back into the room at 12:05 pm and began setting up to begin my massage. My massage was good but inconsistent. She massages one arm but, skipped the other arm. I also asked her to pay special attention to some areas but, she skipped those areas (back, neck, and arms). The whole massage finished at 12:48 pm. I spoke with the receptionist explaining the time difference and she said they have a buffer between clients. However, my gripe is don't list and charge for 50 minutes, if the service is 43 minutes.

I returned to this spa in February of 2018 for a massage, also purchased on Groupon. As it turns out, the spa only honors one Groupon per customer. (Groupon does not disclose this, and allows you to continue to purchase).

My massage with Bebe was fantastic as always, and I enjoyed the service. My only hang up this time, was the receptionist. Upon calling to schedule said massage, I made it clear to her that it was a Groupon I had purchased and she went ahead and scheduled me. After my service, the same receptionist informed me that I had previously used a voucher, and would not be able to use this one. Even though I had told her over the phone. She eventually said she would have the manager, Renata, call me back with a solution.

Renata called me and explained the Groupon voucher situation, and honored it for me as I was not made aware. Renata was fantastic in customer interfacing and ensuring I was happy and with a fair outcome.

I do enjoy this spa and would love to continue coming back. Hopefully this receptionist is better trained in the future to avoid uncomfortable situations like this, and do not make the client feel as though they were in the wrong.

I received a massage here as a gift and was excited to try it out; I booked an appointment for my birthday. Everyone was nice and the massage itself was good, but it was the least relaxing massage I've ever had.

This is a terrible location for a massage place - my room was facing the street and at the corner of 60th and 3rd there is a LOT of horns/honking /traffic, all of which was heard loudly.

I am relatively understanding of the traffic noise, after all this is NYC. However, my massage room was adjacent to the reception area, and for the last 10-15 minutes of my massage the receptionist was on a phone call and it was so loud it was as if she were in the same room. It was incredibly distracting and made it very hard to relax and enjoy the massage. Maybe they have other rooms in the back and I just got unlucky, but after this experience I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

I booked my first facial here threw Groupon. I got the three facial for $99 deal. Upon arrival I was greeted. I booked a 7pm slot but was able to make it by 6pm luckily they saw me within 5 minutes. The receptionist took my coat and the tech escorted me to the room. My facial was more about extraction as I normally have a lot of clogged pores. I have to say after a work week this is a great treat. I really felt catered to and relaxed.
I definitely enjoyed my facial. However there are cons. The first one and possibly the most annoying was when the tech started to wash some pots and instruments, in the sink, in the room, while I'm trying to relax. The second is when I was gathering my things my purse wasn't how I left it which made me think maybe someone had sticky fingers. The third is when I'm checking out the receptionist asks for a tip. I normally give tip, and today wasnt different but to ask for it is just distasteful and takes away from the experience.

I got a gift certificate for 2 massages here. The massage therapist was nice but the place wasn't the most updated. On my second visit the "boom box?" Stopped working and she wasn't able to play the CD so it was just the sounds of sirens and cars. Not super relaxing. I liked the massage therapist and they were friendly. I didn't get a facial or anything else so I'm not sure how those services are but overall I'd say this place is OK but if you're looking for a really relaxing experience this isn't the place
