Peter Donohoe, being an Olympic athlete combined with his other skills in ballet and track and field, makes his knowledge of the body way beyond most professional trainers. Couple that with his kindness, Irish sense of humor, and keen eye to correct even the slightest deviation of proper form, makes his talent unmatched. He has created a wonderful community all over the world who participate in his virtual, real time classes. So easy to plug in from home and have such a personalized experience from an extraordinary trainer and coach. It doesn't matter what level you are at. He works with each of us from where we are at. Student of his for life!
