• The experience and service were both awesome. My concern was when I asked the massage therapist to wear a mask. He was annoyed and said he would wear it but he wouldn’t like it. This did not put me at ease. Then when we got into the room I noticed the mask wasn’t covering his nose. I asked him to make sure it covered his nose and mouth and explained that I’m going through some medical things and have to be careful. He was clearly annoyed but he ultimately did wear the mask. It’s so hard for immunocompromised people or people undergoing medical treatment to feel like they have to fight a battle for what should just be a courtesy to make the customer feel comfortable and safe.

• Good. Just one thing Ms. Michelle forgot Hot towel and oils my husband paid $75 for each of us. He got it but I didn't get that service. When we left he asked me about it. I didn't get that treatment. Overall nice.
