• The 10 is really for my therapist, Ralph. The only real issue was that the rooms are extremely cold and made for an uncomfortable 90 minute experience. Please consider warming the table and raising the overall building temperature.

• I appreciate your setup. I like it that the atmosphere is pleasant but it is not too Over The Top Spa-like and that it's more about the massages. I love the business model that you're able to keep prices low and have the most fair membership program I have ever seen. I love it that you provide opportunities for massage therapists to either get their start or to work part-time or however it ends up working out for them and that in the meantime you end up keeping prices very reasonable for your patrons. I also love that you are open on Sundays and in the evenings!
