• Everyone was polite and very calming kind and sweet demenor. Seemed well-trained considering some were new to position. Facility beautiful. Drinks and pannini was delicious Massage was perfect pressure and very calming (cassandra). Disappointed that infared sauna not working as I can't use steam sauna. Hope working next visit. Could use more reading selections in room. Tea and waters all great! Could use more see-through shade outside in afternoon. All-in-all pleasurable visit. Can't wait to visit again

• Wanted to take and Shower, steam and go into the hot tub longer but should have come earlier for it all as my treatments would have been sabotaged (facial and pedicure) afterward.

• April at the front desk is delightful, Maddie at the bar is wonderful, and Adrian gives a great massage and showed me an exercise to help with my sciatica. Truly a lovely experience. I will be back!
