• Hi there, only one reason for a 9 ,,, it's a beautiful spa experience yes indeed. Well the hair conditioner pump wasn't working ,,,, so my hair was really dry from the shampoo. My suggestion is to upgrade the shower products to something more luxurious ,,, that matches the higher level spa ambiance. Thank you I'll be back 😊
