• Spoke too soon. Today was perfect until checking out- caleigh could not locate our free day passes and made it incredibly difficult to check out. She states she couldn't find them after sharing the charge discount. It's blizzarding outside and while it may have been easier to pay outright it's the principal and lack of customer service here. I requested my husband drive home to locate the passes which he did and is on his way back but given the weather we should have been able to easily check out and I've been standing up front for 35 minutes waiting to be checked out once I can hand her the passes she could not locate and didn't seem to make much effort to do so.
