• From the moment I walked in the door they instantly had me feeling at ease, even though it was my first time there. Alicia was knowledgeable about my hair type and super helpful with the kind of style I need for my crazy schedule, even though I couldn't verbalize it. She helped me choose the appropriate products for my hair type but didn't push me in any way into purchasing them. I had the most pleasant experience ever getting a haircut/style!
