• Amy was running a little behind and the receptionist called to see if I could come in 15 minutes later. I really appreciated them reaching out. On top of that, I ended up being a few minutes late because I didn't realize I had selected the wrong address on my GPS. Everyone was very nice and understanding about it. Finally, Amy was amazing. She was so personable, I asked her for recommendations for products and general styling tips and she was so informative and helpful, and gave me detailed step by step instructions. I was so impressed and thankful because I love to get pro tips and she was very generous with her time and information. She is awesome, and I immediately felt comfortable with her and was able to trust her and my instincts were right, my hair looked amazing when she was done. She is a real asset and I will definitely be back!
