• Your staff is very professional and highly qualified for their jobs, from the Receptionist to the Massage Therapist. The view to the lake from the building complements the relaxation experience

• An employee took the time to search through their records for my gift certificate which was 9 years old! Met with a warm welcome and taken to a nice waiting area, was offered a drink, then almost immediately taken in. The esthetician who did my pedicure was amazing and the whole procedure was so relaxing (especially the hot paraffin wax treatment) while sitting in the reclining, vibrating chair! Then, right over to have a much needed haircut by a lovely, friendly stylist. The BEST most relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. All done and feeling new, relaxed and invigorated, all at the same time. Also, everything was SO clean and well stocked!
