• Even though I was 10 minutes late my wait was 5 minutes. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Technician explained the procedure minute by minute and was comforting.

• Joe was awesome during my over the phone consultation, he responded to my online request pretty quickly, and once I arrived Charlotte was beyond phenomenal/detailed with the entire procedure. The numbing cream is amazing and my pain tolerance was minimal

• Best experience but I wish I would've known about numbing cream beforehand. The procedure is very painful so I think it would've been nice to have the option starting off. Otherwise the most memorable experience.
