Staff is all A+ and wonderful, can't say enough about them. However I didn't know laser hair removal was just laser hair reduction. False advertising. I spent about $5k with u and about half of that on laser hair removal, (including pixel that did absolutely nothing besides make me miss days at work) I shouldn't have to pay for maintenance packages additionally. There should be a few more included if necessary.
