The ambiance of the facility is welcoming. It smells beautiful and everyone looks professional and beautiful. Jen and Kathy were sympathetic to my needs. I had received laser hair removal from a med spa and was burned. They were able to analyze my needs and provide me with the possible recommendations. I will definitely recommend and will be returning for future services after the first of the year.
