I think the presentation of your facility as well as the patience and understanding of your staff is what truly sold me. My only complaint is that I waited upstairs for over half an hour and no one had informed be where the actual location of everything was, and I couldn't ask anyone because those little cubbies were closed and had signs that they were out for lunch.
