• Rick always cuts my husbnd’s hair just the way he likes it (as does Kristen when Rick is unavailable). For as quiet as my husband is, he is picky and without saying much, both Rick and Kristen have given him the cut he wants with a style that makes me happy (I he had his way, he’d buzz his hair, if I had mine, he’d keep it long). Keeping us both happy with a cut and style that we both love is amazing and shows that they both care about clients needs and wants (not to mention their skills and knowledge.) Grace does AMAZING work. I’ve tried going blonde with an other stylist elsewhere and she never was able to achieve what I wanted - even with pictures. But Grace has executed the look and color perfectly once we got my hair healthily to the right color. Most importantly - she listens to what a client wants instead of interpreting it to her personal idea of what the client wants. If it isn’t achievable based on skin tone, she will get you to what you want and get you there looking even better than you imagined. She’s also outstanding with styling hair as well as educating the client on care, achieving a look at home and products. You can tell she knows what she’s doing, but also that she takes what she does seriously. Coming back to DnA was the best decision we made. It’s clear all of your stylists are knowledgeable and most importantly capable (you can be knowledgeable and still not fully capable, as we’ve found in the past.) We know that we would be in good hands with any of the stylists at any given time. Most importantly, the atmosphere is chill and feels like you’re just hanging out (something other salons try to replicate but can’t without the feeling of trying too hard.) There are so many reasons to choose DnA and I could list them all. Or you can just come and see for yourself - you won’t be disappointed!
