• kristin, I loved her. she listened to me and it was just so great to work with her. She not only has mad hair cutting skills, she is adorable and very nice and kind. I have every intention of coming back to her. the shop was real cool, too. I did have some difficulty scheduling the appointment, but the manager fixed it all and made a point of greeting me during the appointment time to apologize and give reassurance that I was important to his business. He was very nice as well and I am sorry that I forgot his name.
