• I chose that score because I was charged a deposit and the person at the desk who I was talking to because I received a book the appointment online I received a notification or a cop out like confirmation that I actually had for timeslots or four appointments with Kristen and that never happened before and I want to straighten it out but the person who I called and talk to was not able to really grasp onto it but you made sure she charged the $50 which doesn't matter to me because I know I'm late a lot and sometimes I miss appointments or have in the past- So the nine has to do with Kristen alone I love going to hurt it my hair done it is such a treat she knows what she's doing I can be like so discombobulated and she can like figure it out what we're doing and I love my hair! And the reason it's not a 10 I guess is because the interaction I had on the phone and I am really that's it!
