• Customer service was very good. Everyone was polite helpful and friendly. Esthetician was thorough, gentle and on time. Only negatives were (1) lobby smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived and (2) the position of the table in the room I was in would leave you exposed to the patrons in the lobby if the door to the room is not opened carefully keeping that in mind.
