• I've been wanting to try Pilates and this was my first time coming to a Pilates studio. Sarah was super helpful and informative during my intro class to get me familiar with the movements as well as the reformer machine. I can tell she's A great instructor as well as the class that was exiting upon my entering all seemed like they love this place. Great to feel good vibes when you find a new place! Looking forward to my next class!
