Jackie's Yin class was amazing! She's a very intuitive instructor who made sure everyone was comfortable in their poses and offered alternatives for those who needed them. The ambiance in the room was so calming with candlelight, incense and music, that I could have taken a nap right on my mat! Highly recommend this class to everyone, but especially beginners like myself.
