The space is awesome and both classes were just what I needed. I just wish it was closer... I am taking online classes right now with a different instructor and trying to decide if I want to join District Flow.

District Flow Yoga brings many types of yoga together under one roof and has a little of something for everyone! They managed to survive the pandemic and build a new studio after losing their old one and keep bringing yoga to the people of southeast and southwest DC.
