Excellent lesson. For my way of learning the way this private is set up works best for me. I can retain the message & concept of the instructions very well with this method. Two instructors at one time worked very well for me. I can still hear Stacy & Hugo in my head with their words This method of two instructors is the best. Loved it all. I'll be back for privates. Will mix in a few group classes, as well. See you soon
