• Alyssa is great! She is skilled. She is a pro at using the razor and thinning shears! She took time to ask about how I wear my hair normally. She provided a lovely scalp and hand massage while the conditioner was applied. The warm towel on the head was so relaxing.Thank you!

• I went into Distinctive with an embarrassing mess. I came out a whole different person-me! After growing my hair for three years and doing an occasional demi- i finally liked my hair! and in one day a different local mesa salon, wrecked it! I had an allergic reaction to the harsh chemicals I had never used before. My hair was fried and turned orange! I had hives from head to toe for two weeks! I spent the next 5 weeks trying to repair the damage and giving my head/hair time to "heal". I was referred to Distinctive by a family member (also very organic driven) and so With great hesitation of another disaster, called and let fate decide. I got Alyssa who understood perfectly! As I watched her do her science with the mixing hair color, making notes and all -I was terrified! In the end she miraculously got my hair on the road to repair! She did magic creating a color that would gently mask the nightmare, and closely match my natural color and put me back on track! I am no longer angered at my reflection and I feel like "me again"! The fact that they utilize healthy hair management puts me back in my element! I am so very happy and Thankful! I am now going to be an"regular". Thank you Alyssa and Distinctive!
