• If I could I'd give a 20 instead of 10 rating ! Brian was so knowledgeable and patient going through designs and respectful of budget while still providing a kitchen that looked far above my budget, just beautiful. His suggestions were really helpful as well in selecting style that complimented the aesthetic I was trying to achieve. Overall I can't say anything negative about the appointment. Side note- front desk/reception woman was very polite and professional both in person and over phone which is rare these days.

• I'm glad you asked...Jeff spent time with me and answered a lot of questions knowing that I do not live close enough to drive to the showroom. He is most knowledgeable and helpful. I have a few more questions that may be answered when he gets back to me and I am sure he will do so soon. My answer, then, is not based on the quality of the product or the service if anything were to go wrong at this time, but merely on my positive initial interaction with Jeff. I will be happy to update my comments at some point. Thank you.
